Terms of Service

1. Who can use Flich

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you use Flich for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Creating accounts to collect repeated free trials or partner bonuses is not allowed and those credits may be removed.
• Tell us at support@aivideoeditor.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. What Flich does

Flich uses AI models to turn your text, optional website link and optional images into an animated video program, which we render into an MP4 with synthesised sound. AI output can be unexpected, imperfect or similar to output produced for others. Review every video before you publish it.

4. Credits and payments

• Generating and refining videos uses credits. Prices per model are shown in the studio and on the pricing page before you spend anything.
• Credits are bought in one-time packs through our payment partner Razorpay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
• If a video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned automatically.
• Refunds of purchased packs follow our Refund Policy.
• Free trial and promotional credits may be changed or withdrawn at any time and are not refundable.

5. Your content and ownership

• Your inputs (prompts, images, website links) stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide and improve the service.
• Your videos: as between you and us, you own the videos you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
• Showcase: we will only feature a video or prompt publicly (for example on our showcase) with your permission. You can ask us to remove a featured video at any time.
• Flich's software, models, prompts, prelude engine, brand and website remain ours.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Flich to create or distribute content that:

• infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights, or uses logos and brands you are not allowed to use;
• impersonates a real person or organisation, or is deceptive (for example fake endorsements, scams or misleading political content);
• is sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent extremist or otherwise unlawful;
• attempts to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, its sandbox or its rate limits.

We may refuse, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Flich running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, models and prices; changes to prices never affect credits you already own.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Flich is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using Flich and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections 5, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India where the operator is based, after we have first tried to resolve them with you by email in good faith.
