Refund & Cancellation Policy

Failed videos — automatic credit refund

If a video can't be generated (for example the AI model errors or times out), every credit it used is returned to your balance automatically. You can see each charge and refund on your Usage page.

Unused credit packs — 7-day money-back

• You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any of its credits.
• If you have used some, we refund the unused share of the pack price, calculated at that pack's price per credit.
• Launch, trial and partner bonus credits are not refundable and are removed when the pack they came with is refunded.

Quality issues

If a video was generated but is clearly broken (for example blank frames or a failed export), write to us with the video link and we will return the credits. Because every refinement is cheap, we ask you to try refining first for matters of taste.

How to request a refund

Email support@aivideoeditor.in from your account email with the Razorpay payment ID (on your receipt). We confirm within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually appear within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Purchases are one-time; nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using Flich and ask us to delete your account at any time. Credits left on a deleted account are forfeited unless refundable under this policy.

Delivery

Flich is a digital service. Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment (occasionally up to a few minutes later). No physical goods are shipped.
